Tis’ the season to be jolly. Another day working Nintendo Holiday Mall and another fruit produced from the giving tree that is life. Our dear friend Merriam from the amazing collection of human beings working at Teavana in 12 Oaks Mall, introduced myself and main-man Andrew Law to Andrew from Nigel & The Dropout today. Their sound is fresh, upbeat, funky, with hints of the cooks and dub-step tangoing the night away. You can catch Nigel & The Dropout this Saturday for their cd release party w/ Growwwing Pains, fthrsn, Lou Breed at the Paper House in Detroit.

There’s really nothing left
There’s really nothing left to save
I don’t want to say it anymore you had your chance and now it’s gone
You had your chance and now it’s gone away, away, away
I don’t want to say it anymore you had your chance and now it’s gone away, away
I don’t know if I should compete
I’m just one man with just two feet
I only know I’m stuck right here
Alone without your ugly fear
And if i catch you coming back to me
I’ll make sure you leave it be
There’s really nothing left
There’s really nothing left to save
I don’t want to say it anymore you’ve had your chance and now it’s gone x4
Two guys from Detroit, age 19, they say they have no idea what they’re doing, but they love music and hope everyone enjoys it!
